SOLVED (from the support team of the server).
Upgrading from J3 to J4 has been automatically created (why![???]( "Huh")
) in the "public_html/" folder an empty folder called "it".
The redirect to this empty folder caused the Forbidden error: folder has been renamed to "it_" and the problem has been solved.
