Yes. I would contact the hosting company to ask if they changed anything on their server that might cause the issue.Is there any case that something might have been changed by the hosting company and now causes this problem?
Do you have a contact.ini language override file?How can I recover this myself? Does it have to do with contact.ini ?
Can you temporary rename it so that Joomla's core contact.ini file will be used?
