Hi Yngve,

Check the Menu Item

The "Page Display" tab for the Menu Item has a "Show Page Heading" item which needed to be changed to "Hide".

I thought I'd changed everything to "Hide" there but somehow I overlooked that one (which I'll change Globally, as well).
