Spam score is not like a mark on a stone, Moz only use it to categorize a site and it does not depends only on backlinks. If you've legit traffic on your site, legit means only organic, then it's ok to ignore spam score. Otherwise if you wanna decrease it, then get good organic traffic, enhance UI/UX, get good backlinks, and most importantly post quality content what user is looking for.
In addition, MOZ doesn't always provide accurate information. I prefer to use Ahrefs and Semrash. Although, these tools also sometimes have different data
